1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been processed and dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If payment has already been made, an approved cancellation refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the delivery partner, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

If you wish to return an order after it has been dispatched or delivered, the request will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Any applicable return shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund or may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel their order.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may be subject to our applicable return or delivery policies.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

5. Cancellation by Kings Trail

Kings Trail reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

  • The requested product is unavailable

  • Incorrect product pricing or information was displayed

  • Payment cannot be successfully verified

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information is provided

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Delivery to the provided address is not possible

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment of the order

If Kings Trail cancels an order for which payment has already been received, an applicable refund will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider and is outside Kings Trail’s direct control.

Shipping or delivery charges that have already been incurred may not be refundable where applicable.
